What does your preparation process involve?
Preparation is the most important part of any paint job. For exterior projects, we pressure wash, caulk all joints and seams, prime any exposed wood, and repair any wood rot before paint goes on. For interior projects, we protect furniture and floors, repair drywall as needed, and prime surfaces before painting.
Do you repair wood rot before painting?
Yes. If we find wood rot during prep, we repair and seal it before any paint goes on. Painting over wood rot without repairing it first leads to premature paint failure.
What products do you use?
We use only premium paint products with the right additives for Florida’s climate, including mildewcide to resist mold and mildew and stain-blocking primers where needed. We’ll walk you through product selection as part of the estimate process.
Do you offer color consultation?
Yes. Our team will help you select the right colors for your home, including guidance on which colors hold up best in Florida’s intense sun and which work best for your home’s style and surroundings.

Yes. All work is backed by a 5-year warranty covering both materials and labor.

We don’t consider a job finished until you do. Before any payment is collected, we do a final walkthrough with you to review the work. If anything isn’t right, we make it right.
